When we moved to the US we never thought we where going to be able to by a house. Sydney and Kim not only help us buying one but two houses. Our first house we bought it in 2003; it was a dream come true. Kim and Sydney walk with us the entire process because not only it was our first house ever but also we where buying in a foreign country where laws and regulations are different. They went the extra mile for us, learning about regulation are requirements for foreign nationals, and also helping us to get the better deal possible. That is why and because of their recommendation we made a huge profit on that house and now, in Jan 2006 we moved to our brand new 5 bedrooms/ 4 bath house with a pool. It is a palace that we now share with our 2 year old daughter, Sarah; who was almost born in Sydney and Kim’s house on July 3rd, 2004.

Sidney and Kim were recommended to us when we relocated to the Oviedo area from Canada. To begin the process, Sidney sent us frequent electronic listings of the homes available so that we could develop a sense of the Orlando area and the types of homes available.
