RE/MAX 200 Realty
Two Central Florida RE/MAX offices, including RE/MAX 200 Realty, experienced strong sales in 2010 compared to 2009. RE/MAX agents successfully closed thousands of regular normal sales, short sales, and REO sales.
The 2010 combined sales represents the efforts of over 100 agents working in Orange, Lake, Seminole, Volusia, & Osceola, counties.
In addition to RE/MAX 200 in Winter Park, RE/MAX Town & Country Realty in Winter Springs is the sister office. Both offices are under Kevin Acker, Broker.
The combined sales represented hundreds of families who bought or sold homes along with hundreds of REO (bank) sales. Among the many hundreds of sales were families who avoided foreclosure by doing a short sale.
