Sidney G. Galloway is a licensed Broker Associate and an active member of the Greater Orlando Realtor's Association. He is also an Accredited Buyer's Representative. He has a background in teaching, management and retail. Sidney is very much a people person and especially enjoys helping people find the home of their dreams.
Sidney, his wife of 28 years, and their three boys have an active lifestyle between school, sports, and church. Sidney has served as a PTA President at a local Elementary School, President of his subdivision's Home Owner's Board, and is active in his church and community. He is a certified coach for youth baseball and basketball. With his real life experience of family and community, Sidney understands people's needs and desires when they look for a home. Sidney's knowledge of people and his negotiating skills are at your disposal when you choose him to help you buy a home.
Whether it is a new home from a builder, a conventional pre-owned home, or even a "fixer-upper," Sidney keeps the buyer's interests in the forefront. As a buyer's representative, he is there for you when you need him most.
After becoming a Broker Owner of a small real estate office, Sidney joined Coldwell Banker Residential Real Estate as a Broker Sales Associate. This was done to better serve clients. During his second year at Coldwell Banker, Sidney became the top associate in the office by leading the office in sales. Sidney is now recognized in the RE/MAX Hall of Fame, and he's a member of the RE/MAX Platinum Club. Because of the increasing number of international real estate business, both Sidney & Kim are members of the Orlando International Council. Sidney completed certification as an International Property Specialist in 2007; the CIPS is earned by about 0.1% of all Realtors. Sidney has served on the Orlando Regional Realtor's Association Eithics and Arbitration Council, and both Sidney & Kim keep active participating in training to become better Realtors.

Buyer's Representative Kim Galloway is a people person who is very good at communication. Since she taught school for 15 years, she learned listening skills that help her to understand the needs of her clients. By working with her husband, Sidney, she is able to provide outstanding customer service to home buyers and home sellers.
For several years Kim worked with Sidney in the summers and on the weekends, while still teaching school. In 2001 she left school teaching to work full time selling real estate. She is an active member of the Orlando Regional Realtors Association and is an accredited Buyer's representative.
Kim works closely with Sidney on all of their listings, and she works with home buyers. She has developed a real specialty at working with home buyers who want to purchase a new home from a builder. This includes expertise at selecting the right model or plan, picking out options and upgrades, and meeting with the home buyer at the builder's design center. Since buying a new home to be built requires working with several sales people, several loan/mortgage people, the designer center, the project supervisors, the title people, and others, Kim is able to provide CONTINUITY through the whole process for the client. She helps the process run smoothly by communicating and coordinating everyone involved and assisting the client with all details.
Kim is very good at providing references for home upgrades and repair projects including repainting and remodeling. Some home buyers want recommendations regarding furniture, paint colors, curtains, etc. . . Kim has the experience and the knowledge to help consult in all of these matters. Kim, like her husband, is committed to providing truly remarkable customer service.
