 Kim Galloway  

Before entering full time real estate, Kim taught school here in Florida and in Georgia .  Kim was honored to serve opening three separate elementary schools where she served as a Team Leader and was on the County’s Planning Board.  Kim has raised three boys, who are all on their own with the oldest two having completed master’s degrees;  the oldest is engaged and works in central Florida , the middle son is married and serving in full time overseas service, and the youngest is working and completing his education.

Kim and her husband work together in real estate and they work together as a husband-wife team, and candidly this is quite rare.  Kim finds that her experience and her background allow her to easily relate to home Sellers and home Buyers. The boys and their respective wife and fiancé are all in their 20’s, and today most first time home Buyers are young adults like Sidney Jr., Carly, Ian, Brittney, and Andrew.  Kim has a passion for life, and is often described as being enthusiastic, likeable, committed, and ethical in all her dealings.  Kim enjoys staying  physically fit by working out at the gym and jogging.  Kim and Sidney are active together in church and other volunteer projects.

Kim is very skilled at helping a Buyer find the right, best home that meets that Buyer’s needs.  For Sellers, Kim is adept at recommending to a Seller what needs to be done to best show the home, and Kim can refer a good number of vendors to help with projects including painting, flooring, pressure washing, tree trimming, etc. . . .  Kim knows what Buyers are looking for, and she gladly offers these helpful suggestions to home Sellers.  Kim was licensed in 2001 and began working full time selling residential real estate once her youngest son entered high school.  Some of Kim’s high lights over the years include leading a group of teens for a volunteer trip to southern Brazil , singing in a church choir, and teaching/leading women’s groups.  (Kim is a certified teacher with Precepts International.)
